I love doing tastings to see what I like. One day my roomies and I tasted 3 different kinds of peanut butter to see what we would buy for the household. Turns out we all liked different ones, so we have 3 brands of peanut butter sitting around. But, now we know. We have also done tequilla tastings, vodka tastings and miscelaneous other tasting events.
Now, I am looking toward coffee. When we were in Vegas we had the BEST coffee. I want that. So, there are a couple of things that I want to try. Percolated, french press, regular (from coffee pot) and cold brewed. I would also like to try each of these methods with different kinds of coffee.
I may go down to the local cafe and get my caffine buzz on one day to get a jump on it by trying a few different styles. If there are any suggestions, please throw them my way. Also any favorite brands of coffee would be great.
