A novel idea

This is going to rock my world… I had a friend make a suggestions last night, that could change the course of my business. We were talking about how busy I have been and trying to build up my Acupuncture practice. It has been going well, but really, could be going so much better. I do no advertising, and very little promoting. All new patients come in by word of mouth. Here it is… ya ready… make a business plan.

Duh. I have been doing everything piece meal, and putting together a plan is a great idea. I have been so wrapped up in day to day tasks that I often have not looked at the big picture.
